Kona by the Sea 315 is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with all the amenities you need, including central air conditioning, a full-size washer/dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi. This rental requires a minimum 30-day reservation. Smoking and pets are not allowed. One vehicle is free for parking, but registration is mandatory. Additional parking can be purchased at the front desk.

Kona by the Sea is an oceanfront property. This well-lit condo has undergone recent improvements, including upgraded furnishings. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the ocean and pool from your spacious suite. An elevator conveniently connects you to the ground floor. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for video chatting or Zoom meetings while enjoying your Hawaiian getaway. Kona by the Sea boasts two pools. One is a saltwater pool situated right on the waterfront. Additional on-site amenities include a spa and a barbeque area.

This unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler for your guests’ use. However, snorkel gear may or may not be available. We don’t provide snorkel gear because non-fitting gear can ruin the experience. It’s best to rent your equipment while you’re here.
